Empowerment Management
Basically the substantial of empowerment management focused on maximizing the potential development of human resources with efficiency and effectiveness as the guide lines to make progress on the working plane. Placing the man on the right place become the first priority on the development of professionalism. Sharing opinions among the staff to make a plan and decision before taking action is the soul in the working group. Making a good planning in very part of institutions become very essential to keep harmony and cohesion among the unit members to gain the good achievement. To implement the plans above is needed a good leadership which and motivated the staff members in the units. It is also needed to predict the future.
