Total Quality Management

"The Quality is Worship" that is a statement of government in order to progress the quality of education in Indonesia. But increasing the quality of education could not be implemented by the government as well as she dreamed without taking steps seriously. It’s needed to take an effort to improve the quality of education seriously.
Total Quality Management (TQM) as management give way to get the goal that proved by Japan attend world war II to be a great country and compete with other countries after using this management seriously. TQM, as management system used not only in industry but also in education. Many research proved that TQM gave contribution in education to increase their quality performance.
